of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences and is offered through
the departments of Art
History, Economics,
History,
Political
Science, and Sociology.

can be found on respective department websites.
The Administrative Studies component of the major provides an interdisciplinary education in administrative analytical skills and decision-making. The cooperating departments provide a thorough grounding in their respective disciplines. The combination gives students a well-rounded education that can lead directly into a variety of careers or to graduate studies.
Faculty for the Administrative Studies majors is drawn from the cooperating departments and the Business Administration program. They are renowned for both teaching and research. All majors lead to a Bachelor of Arts degree in either Art History, Economics, History, and Political Science, or Sociology. The Sociology Department offers a Bachelor of Science degree as well.
